Founding deposit — terms

These terms cover the refundable €1 founding deposit. SeatSoon is in development; the deposit reserves a place, it does not buy access to a product today.

1. 1

   The €1 founding deposit reserves a founding-venue place and fixes your rate at €25/mo (regular €49/mo) for as long as your account stays active after launch.

2. 2

   It is not a subscription. No recurring charge follows from it, and nothing is billed automatically.

3. 3

   SeatSoon is in development. The deposit does not buy access to a product today, and no service is provided in exchange for it right now.

   Refund on request, at any time, with no reason needed — email hello@seatsoon.app and we will refund it.

5. 5

   If we have not launched in your market by 31 March 2027, we refund every deposit automatically, without you asking.

6. 6

   If we decide not to build SeatSoon, we refund every deposit and tell you directly.

7. 7

   Your statutory EU right of withdrawal within 14 days applies in addition to all of the above. Nothing in these terms limits it.
